  1. Hi Tim,

My jobs board http://www.lifestylecareers.com.au can accept link outs to ATS HR systems and is also integrated with multi posting products such as JobAdder and AdLogic. I can also integrate with Broadbean if a client requires it.

Honestly, I am so sick and tired of hearing recruiters constantly winge about SEEK when they are not willing to try alternatives such as niche job boards.

In an earlier post where you wrote about the small corner shop and how they go out of business - well if recruiters are not willing to try alternative niche job board sites they will surely also go broke. This will then give them no alternative but to use SEEK.

When I launched in 2009, my SWOT analysis included a variety of niche job boards....Fastrack to 2012 not one of them are still in business. Why? Nobody will advertise with you and recruiters have a closed mindset and not willing to try.

I welcome any Employer or Recruitment Agency looking for staff who want to work flexibly a complimentary trial on my jobs board at any time.

I end my story and my big winge here

  2. Whilst Seek has been tinkering to create income streams of the future, we at MEDEPAGE have been building a global healthcare network, that is a social media website for our members and a sophisticated jobs board for our clients.

MEDEPAGE was launched in September last year and has grown a healthy clientele amongst healthcare recruitment companies that actively want change. Healthcare organisations can to post unlimited jobs for free.

If you want to support a Niche healthcare brand we've tried to make it a "No Brainer". We already have an automated JobAdder, AdLogic and Broadbean connection and if the industry wants http link-outs thats what it will get!

You don't need to look for innovation its already here, create an account today at http:/www.medepage.com.

    Thanks
    Tony
